About Rupert
Rupert is an RICS Registered Valuer who founded Calstone Property in 2020, bringing over a decade of experience in the Central London and South West England property markets. Having worked with corporate clients, banks, lenders, solicitors, and private individuals, Rupert specialises in statutory valuations for inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and annual tax on enveloped dwellings, as well as leasehold enfranchisement, including lease extensions and freehold purchases.
Before establishing Calstone Property, Rupert spent eight years at Chestertons, where he honed his expertise in providing accurate valuations and exceptional client service. His vision for Calstone Property is rooted in offering bespoke, detail-oriented advice while ensuring outstanding communication and client satisfaction.
